To secure your booking, you will need to provide your credit card details, including your postal code. This information is required to hold your appointment and is subject to our Cancellation & Late Policies. We will respond to your booking request promptly, typically within 12 hours.

Important: We are a strictly professional establishment. Requests for inappropriate services, including "extras" or "happy endings," will not be tolerated.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Violence or abuse toward our staff will result in immediate refusal of service, and you will be permanently banned from booking any future appointments.

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability.
You may do so via email, phone, text or through our online booking system. Should you reach our voicemail please leave us a detailed message including your name (first & last), phone number and the date & time you are looking to book. We will return your call with our as soon as possible. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment and are not obligated to use their credit card for payment.
Your appointments are reserved specifically for you, and we value your business. We kindly ask that you respect our clinic’s scheduling policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. We provide confirmation emails and text reminders the day before your appointment to assist with your scheduling needs.
Cancellation Fees
For parties of three or more, please contact our Spa Healthcare Manager, for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your services.
Appointments are set for specific times, and late arrivals may not be extended. In exceptional cases, we may accommodate a partial or full appointment at our discretion.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. All information provided is securely stored. You will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice. After your treatment, you may choose your preferred method of payment.
We understand that unanticipated things occur in everyone’s life and unforeseen things can happen. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
We love children as much as you do. While we love to watch them run and play, please understand that our spa's main goal is to create a relaxing experience for all our guests. We are only able to accommodate people with a booked service. Please help us maintain our goal by leaving your kids at home with a happy adult and be respectful toward others.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Gift Certificates are available in any amount or by desired service and may be purchased at the clinic or by phone at 587-888-6466 or online, we can either mail them to you directly, or send you them by email and keep the originals at the spa for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if they are lost, stolen or misplaced. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Please mention if you have a gift certificate when scheduling your appointment with us.
Gratuity is not included in the price of our services; customary tipping runs between 10%-20% but it is solely at your discretion. You may tip your therapist in the room or at the front desk after your treatment with either cash or debit. Any gratuity left for your therapist will be paid directly to them individually. Savanna Thai Massage Therapy keeps nothing. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals however, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home as Savanna Thai Massage Therapy is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Our special monthly promotions cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, or gift certificates.

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of service. If you are uncomfortable at all (depth of pressure, temperature, volume of music) please speak up right away so your therapist can try to correct the situation. Once your appointment begins, you may ask us to stop the service within the first 15 minutes of your appointment free of charge. However, if the scheduled appointment has been completed, finished with our great work and passion, and you are not satisfied with your service you are responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
